Dr. Steven Tham has worked in the field of physical rehabilitation for over 20 years. Education is extremely important to him as he holds several degrees including a Doctor of Chiropractic, a Doctorate in Medical Education, and a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition. In that time, he has served as a staff clinician, clinic director, chief medical officer, chief clinical officer, and private healthcare consultant for clinics and medical companies.

He started practice in Portland, Oregon and after 8 years of successful practice, Dr. Tham joined a therapy equipment development company in Idaho where he ran and practiced in a research and development clinic. He helped develop, and test equipment and treatment protocols, which are currently sold and used by doctors, therapists, chiropractors, and other clinicians in the US and worldwide.

In 2010, Dr. Tham was hired to help build physical therapy clinics in Texas. The new clinics utilized the equipment and treatment approaches that he had worked on during his time in Idaho. Being able to work next to numerous physical therapists was especially rewarding to Dr. Tham. He learned new skills and incorporated his skills into a blended practice unlike any other in the area. During this time, Dr. Tham also got a firsthand appreciation of the needs of the local community, its patients, and understand the intricacies of clinical practice in San Antonio.

Dr. Tham is passionate about personalized clinical care that strives to provide patients a better experience, one where they receive one-on-one attention. As such, it was his dream to create a different type of clinic, one where the patient truly is the focus. As a result of this dream, PrimeTrack Wellness and Rehabilitation opened its doors in 2016. The goal was to provide unmatched personalized patient centered care by only having licensed providers such as a chiropractor or physical therapist see patients, by having each provider treat one patient at a time, by having patients see the same provider at every visit, by utilizing no technicians to provide care, by not overlapping multiple patients per provider at one time, and by allowing each provider to stay with the patient throughout the entire visit at every visit.
In his free time, Dr. Tham enjoys the beautiful outdoors of the Texas hill country. He is an avid mountain biker and not only enjoys the ride, but also tinkering on his bikes, many of which he personally built. He, his wife, and their two dogs enjoy hiking and road trips, realizing that America is as beautiful as anywhere in the world.

After years of being in practice, she sees the importance of providing one on one personalized treatment, and building trust and relationships with each person she provides rehab to. She believes that exercise programs need to be geared toward patient interests and goals to allow long term success. By working together each session, Jennifer also hopes to educate her patients about their injuries/problem areas, and aid them in recognizing and properly modifying daily activities that may be increasing their symptoms. She sees that manual therapy is important as well for recovery, and needs to be provided by a therapist with experience and proper training to prevent further injury. She is committed to providing the best outcomes possible, and plans to do just that by working in a unique approach with Dr. Tham.
